All Real Estate Professionals have the duty and obligation to BRAND THEMSELVES in the same manner successful corporations do. In a sense Realtors are the CEO's of their own Real Estate Organizations. Online Platforms have taken the front seat with respect to Personal/Company Branding. Branding can be divided into two primary approaches:

  • Short Term Branding - Winning over customers quickly or instantly. In essence using online sites/platforms the way we used to use a paper brochure. A Pre or Post Selling Tool. Example: A key component in your Pre-Listing Package. 

  • Long Term Branding - Winning over customers over the long haul via repetition.

Tip #1: Realtors would be better suited to MAXIMIZE and perfect each of the below platforms one by one rather than haphazardly creating numerous sites. Trying to manage numerous sites can be too time consuming and too difficult to maintain quality control. Less is often more in this area of Marketing.

Times have clearly changed. Today Realtors would be better served to focus on the Facebook, Linkedin, etc., as their branding portal rather than their own website.
